A routine meeting of the Raintree Condominium Association was held on last 15th of August, 2024 at 7:30 PM in the Condominium Clubhouse. The meeting was good, with a number of residents in attendance. The meeting was led by Board President Jones.
Minutes for the previous were read and confirmed. There was then a talk about the new roof repair project impacting residents.
- Concerns were raised about the noise level during the construction work.
- A motion was made and seconded|The board agreed to starting the project, with an estimated completion date late summer.
- Other issues discussed at the meeting were installing a new security system.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 PM. Next month's meeting will be held on the third get more info Thursday of December.

Considered Raintree Condominium Bylaw Amendments
The Raintree Condominium Association will have proposed some amendments to the existing bylaws. These changes intend to update several aspects of condominium governance. Some among these proposed amendments are: adjustments to the pet policy, changes to parking regulations, and the updated section on noise issues. - Also, the fresh coat of exterior walls is progressing well, and we anticipate a wrap-up within the next several weeks.
